DESIGN PROCESS:
1. Initial Services: Initial research / Site meeting / Initial Brief / Discussion of process & what's involved / Discussion of Budget / Design Ideas / Quote
2. Site Measure & Plans of Existing: Measure of property & Notes / Photos / Measured 3D model and 2D plans of property
3. Concept Design: Exploring Design Ideas and Options / Initial Design Sketches / Concept Design Plans in 3D / DA or CDC Initial Compliance Assessment
4. Design Development: Review with the Client and incorporate changes / 3D render / Virtual Reality / Fine tune the scope / Preliminary building cost estimate
5. Approval Submission: Approval Issue Plans / Supporting documents from Consultants / Basix / DA or CDC application lodgement with the Council or Private Certifier
6. Post Submission: Responding to the Council or Private Certifier emails and calls to assist in gaining approval
7. Construction Certificate Approval (following DA only): plans review to incorporate DA conditions / assistance with the paperwork
8. Interior Design and Specifications (only if required) : wet areas / electrical plan / window schedule / construction details / materials and finishes
9. Site Inspections and Consultations during construction stage (only if required)
